Collabrance Announces New “MSSP Accelerator: Security Sales and Marketing Summit” Educational Series Helps IT Service Providers Scale with Managed Security Services

(Cedar Rapids, Iowa) – Collabrance LLC, the GreatAmerica Master Managed Security Service Provider (MSSP), announced a new event focused on best practices for IT Solution Providers to market and sell cyber security to SMB customers who need help protecting their data and information.

MSSP Accelerator will feature keynote speaker Chris Wiser, CEO and Founder of The Wiser Agency. Other presenters will include security subject matter experts from Etactics (Business Risk Assessments), ID Agent (Dark Web Monitoring), InfoGPS (Network Risk Assessments), and Nuspire (EDR; SIEM & SOC Services).

“I am excited to begin this educational series with Collabrance. I speak to over 100 MSP & IT business owners every month, and it is clear how much help is needed when it comes to cyber security,” shares Wiser. “MSSP Accelerator will reduce confusion with how to build your cyber security stack, and more importantly how to market and sell it.”

The event is one and a half days and designed to help the IT Channel in two areas: security and sales/marketing.

“MSPs are trying to keep up with the demand for security from SMBs that is exponentially increasing in tandem with the customer’s risk. In addition, MSPs have continuously identified sales and marketing as a top challenge in growing their managed IT business,” explains Greg VanDeWalker, Vice President of IT Channel and Services at GreatAmerica and Collabrance.

“Adding some IT security components to your technology stack doesn’t automatically make solution providers an MSSP. We went through this journey ourselves and understand it is a process, not a flip of a switch. Part of embracing security is knowing how to effectively go to market and sell security to capture $200+ per seat.”

MSSP Accelerator educates MSPs on how to market to prospects and customers, and capture more sales and opportunities.

“Adopting security can help solution providers differentiate, scale faster, capture larger MRR customers and in turn increase their business valuation for a successful future,” validates Matt Soloman, Vice President of Business Development ID Agent.

MSSP Accelerator is designed to help progressive IT Solution Providers better market and sell security to capture more opportunity. To reserve your seat, register at www.collabrance.com/mssp-accelerator.
