Rose Grande joins Flex Technology Group’s executive team to support the development of rapidly growing workforce

PHOENIX (October 22, 2018) — As Flex Technology Group (FTG) experiences hypergrowth and continues to expand their workforce to meet operational, sales and customer service demands, Rose Grande is stepping into the newly established role of chief human resources officer.

“In the last year, we have more than doubled our employee base to nearly 1,000 team members and our revenues have increased 150 percent. Rose will be instrumental in helping us carry out our mission to attract, retain and develop the highest-quality employees,” said Tom Callinan, president of Flex Technology Group. “Rose has an exceptional track record of aligning HR with the business goals and providing leadership for our employees to achieve career success.  She will be an excellent addition to our executive management team.”

Rose brings to FTG an extensive background that is bolstered by nearly two decades of human resource and employee relations experience with American Traffic Solutions, StandardAero, Landmark Aviation, and General Electric.  Rose holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Queens College and a master’s degree in industrial and organizational psychology from City University of New York–Brooklyn College.
