ECi Software Solutions revealed earlier this week that it had earned the coveted Great Place to Work® certification based on employee surveys.
ECi Software Solutions, which specializes in industry-specific information technology solutions, has announced this week that it has been certified as a great place to work by independent analysts at global authority on workplace cultures, Great Place to Work®.
The company received this accolade based on extensive ratings which were provided by its employees in anonymous surveys.
“To be named a Great Place to Work is humbling and encouraging,” said Ron Books, CEO of ECi. “It shows that we are a company with strong core values and a passion for our customers and that we enjoy coming to work each day. This recognition speaks to the focus and dedication of our employees. They are truly committed to serving our customers and their businesses.”
“What excites me about this certification is that it is earned only through employee surveys and feedback,” said Andrew Pryor, SVP of Human Resources for ECi. ”While we can say we are a great company to work for, this certification is proof that the world’s leading employee engagement organization vetted our culture. It really is a validation that we live by our mission and core values as a part of daily work life at ECi.”
“We applaud ECi Software Solutions for seeking certification and releasing its employees’ feedback,” said Kim Peters, Executive Vice President of Great Place to Work’s Certification Program. “These ratings measure its capacity to earn its own employees’ trust and create a great workplace—critical metrics that anyone considering working for or doing business with ECi Software Solutions should take into account as an indicator of high performance.”
ECi employees completed 545 surveys, resulting in a 90-percent confidence level and a margin of error of ± 1.27. The surveys showed that more than 90-percent of employees felt ECi provides a great atmosphere complete with good leadership and communication, with 94-percent saying that they take pride in working for the company.
