ITEX 2018 is back for its 17th year. The trade show has consistently been notorious for offering top-notch, vendor-neutral educational courses. Five educational tracks will be offered, including Marketing & Lead Generation, Managed IT & Cloud, MSP Strategies, MPS & Print, and Security. “State of the Industry: Planning for the Dealer of the Future”.
The MPS & Print course will discuss the drastic shifts in MPS within recent years. Vendors are continuously trying to position themselves in the market as customer demands continuously increases. In order to meet constantly-changing customer demands, new technologies and novel capabilities are helping vendors align their strategies to meet novel demands and shifts in the workplace.
The MPS workplace is a combination of traditional output devices, managed print services, managed IT services, and a novel set of technologies, solutions, and services. This session will examine new shifts in the market, the new Smart Workplace of the Future, recent customer and channel research, and what actions are essential to dealers to transition into Dealers of the Future.
