Columbus, MS, October 1, 2025 – Impression Solutions Inc. (ISI), a full-line distributor of Kyocera printing solutions, today announced the launch of a Limited Time Free Freight Promotion for qualifying Kyocera products.  This promotion is designed to help dealers reduce shipping costs and streamline order fulfilment for their end customers.

Beginning October 1, 2025, ALL qualifying Kyocera hardware and accessories purchased from ISI by authorized dealers will be eligible for FREE FREIGHT. Any toner that is purchased with a printer or MFP device on the same order, will also ship FREE.  In addition, Kyocera supplies orders over $500 will qualify for FREE FREIGHT.

Rising shipping and handling costs have increasingly impacted the printing industry. Dealers face base shipping rates averaging between 4% and 17%, on top of fees for residential delivery, dock handling, address corrections, and supply handling, which can range from $2 to $5 per shipment. These additional charges can significantly affect dealer margins and order profitability.
