Epson will Stream Virtual Application Videos and Present a Session on Actionable Insights Around Core Factory Automation Requirements for Project Success

Who: Epson Robots will participate in the upcoming Automate Forward Virtual Trade Show and Conference from March 22-26. The company will stream videos of its leading robot solutions for a wide variety of automation applications in its virtual booth. Flexible Parts Feeding Solution: IntelliFlex™ Feeding System

This demo showcases Epson’s powerful and proprietary IntelliFlex software and built-in smart features for easy parts change-over, ideal for low-volume applications. Battery Assembly Demonstration with the VT6L All-in-One 6-Axis Robot – Cleanroom and IP67 Versions Available

With a built-in controller and SlimLine design, the ultra-low-cost (starting at $13,900) VT6L All-in-One 6-Axis robot is ideal for simple pick-and-place applications. Able to handle two parts at a time, it can quickly assemble and disassemble battery packs. Repeatable up to 100 microns, it can easily place parts in tight fixtures.

Streamline the Packaging Label Process with VT6L 6-Axis Robot and ColorWorks® Label Printer

This demo shows how the VT6L All-in-One 6-Axis robot in conjunction with the Epson ColorWorks CW-C6000P on-demand label printer, offers label placement flexibility and precision for packaging. The VT6L robot arm offers six degrees of freedom for multiple side label placements and case size variability and a space-saving built-in controller. It runs on 110V or 220V. The ColorWorks C6000P is part of the first family of printers designed as a color upgrade to black-only thermal transfer printers1 and is engineered to reliably perform in industrial workflows.
