September 15, 2022 – ASTON, PA – For four years, KDI Office Technology has been a proud supporter of the American Cancer Society as a Making Strides Flagship Sponsor in the Greater Philadelphia and Southern NJ area. During that span, their 501(3)(c) non-profit, KDI Cares Foundation, has contributed more than $230,000 to ACS, helping them make an impact in its fight against breast cancer.
KDI Cares hosts Pink Ball, an annual golf tournament each fall. Thanks to the generosity of sponsors, donors, and golfers, $70,000 was raised for Making Strides in 2021. In June, the company also hosted their first annual Car, Truck & Bike Show, raising $1000+ to help drive out breast cancer. Last month they held a raffle to “Throw Out the 1st Pitch” at a September Philadelphia Phillies Game plus 4 Diamond Club tickets. This raised over $2900 which was also donated to Making Strides.
KDI’s 4th annual Pink Ball is scheduled for next Thursday, September 22nd at Ron Jaworski’s Ramblewood Country Club in Mount Laurel, NJ. And it’s not too late to help the cause by contributing to the fundraising efforts of KDI Cares Foundation. Here’s how:
GIVE A GIFT
Purchase a gift on the Foundation website to go directly to a breast cancer patient or caregiver. KDI Cares will work closely with the Philadelphia & Southern NJ Chapter of Making Strides Against Breast Cancer to identify the perfect recipient for your gift.
JOIN FIGHT CLUB
Donate to KDI’s campaign to increase involvement and funds for Making Strides Against Breast Cancer. No act of generosity is too small to make a difference. With a $50 donation, a dedication including a photo of a friend or loved one will be displayed on the KDI Fight Club Hall of Honor Wall at Pink Ball.
KDI recognizes and thanks its 4th Annual Pink Ball Sponsors, including Gold Sponsor: DLL Financial Solutions Partner; Silver Sponsors: Canon, Ricoh, Lexmark, Canon Financial Services, Maven Benefits Partners; Auction Sponsors: CIT and UBS; Hole Games Sponsors: MOE, WSFS Bank, Montgomery Insurance; and Hole Sponsor: Great America Portfolio Services.
