Kansas City, MO — The Business Technology Association (BTA) will hold its first event of 2022, Spring Break, hosted by BTA Southeast, April 1-2, at Disney’s Yacht Club Resort in Orlando, Florida. Open to office technology dealers from across the country, the event will feature: a keynote address on customer service excellence led by former Disney trainer Louie Gravance; six additional educational sessions led by industry leaders; time to network with peers and exhibiting sponsors during a welcoming reception and breaks; and a ticket to a Disney theme park to be used the afternoon of April 2.
