BenQ and Pantone Expand Partnership to Provide Creators with Exclusive Digital Color Experiences

BenQ Offers a Free One-Year Subscription to Pantone Connect for Professional Monitor Users

BenQ, internationally renowned brand of digital lifestyle devices and innovator of professional display technology, today announced an expansion of its long-term partnership with Pantone. The continued partnership will provide new purchasers and existing users of DesignVue PD Series and PhotoVue SW Series professional monitors with a free one-year premium subscription to Pantone’s digital platform, Pantone Connect. Pantone Connect ensures color consistency and accuracy in branding, fashion, and product design providing exclusive and complete access to over 15,000 Pantone colors, including features that allow designers and other digital content creators to share palettes and collaborate with their teams, clients and beyond.

Ben-Q and Pantone’s partnership began in 2015, where BenQ was the world’s first professional monitor brand to be awarded Pantone Validated certification, a trusted symbol of color fidelity for consumers buying displays and printers. Since, BenQ has produced more Pantone Validated monitors than any other manufacturer in the world. In addition, BenQ also became the world’s first monitor maker to achieve Pantone SkinTone Validated for 110 skin tones, delivering the most inclusive technology products to accurately represent the world’s true colors.

“Having forged AQCOLOR Technology, BenQ is proud to be a longstanding partner to the global community of color professionals who trust the Pantone system to deliver accurate colors,“ said Conway Lee, President of BenQ Corporation. “Pantone is the world’s premier authority on color, and at BenQ, we share the same passion for color accuracy and accessibility. We have worked very closely to provide the best monitors in the world for photographers, video editors, and designers and look forward to further supporting our customers with these additional tools through our partnership.”

Today, BenQ and Pantone mutually agree that “Color Matters” by equipping creative professionals to design confidently and accurately with a free one-year subscription to Pantone Connect. ”At Pantone, our goal is to empower the modern creator to be able to be inspired and create wherever they may be. With Pantone Connect, our goal is to provide this flexibility by enabling color data to be communicated and produced consistently at every stage of the design and production process. We are so excited to work with BenQ to continue to provide opportunity and access for creative professionals to realize their true color vision”, said Jung Sin, Pantone Connect Product Manager. In addition to being shareable across team structures, Pantone Connect allows colors to be saved and stored securely in the cloud, accessed from anywhere, and used in all Adobe® design programs.

The free one-year subscription of Pantone Connect Premium (value of $89.99) is available to existing owners and new purchasers of select BenQ professional monitors and will be available through September 30, 2023 or until redemption code supplies last. For photographers, the color accuracy and screen-to-print color consistency of BenQ PhotoVue SW Series achieves a brand-new stage with Pantone Connect. For designers, BenQ DesignVue PD Series including thunderbolt displays, ideal as external monitors for Mac devices, users can not only enjoy the efficiency provided by applications of daisy chain and KVM (keyboard, video, mouse) but also the incredible color-precision.
