Scottsdale, AZ, Dec 5 — Stramaglio Consulting has announced ZENO Office Solutions Texas (ZENO), known for its leadership in office technology and outstanding customer service, has joined The Consortium, a think tank for the Imaging Channel, consisting of industry leaders aiming to help the channel grow and thrive. The Consortium’s focus is to help improve business agility for the channel and workplaces through the channel.
ZENO Office Solutions, Inc. provides managed print services, VOIP solutions and shred services for its rapidly expanding customer base in West Texas. ZENO’s “unicorn” approach to servicing its customers in less than 1 hour with 90%+ FCE, among other best in industry standards, have helped put them on the map as the fastest growing office technology company in the West Texas Region. As a new member of The Consortium Executive Leadership Council (ELC), representatives from ZENO will collaborate with other Consortium members and help identify channel opportunities, develop new programs, and set new best-practice standards, offering their vision and expertise in the channel.
“I am so excited to join The Consortium and have a seat at the table with the best of the best,” says Brantly Fowler, co-president at ZENO. “I witnessed at the last Executive Connection Summit (ECS) what The Consortium delivers to the channel is so remarkable. And, I look forward to closely working with the industry leaders to help propel this great industry forward. This is a group I never thought I would get to be a part of, so being asked to have a seat at the table makes me feel blessed beyond imagination. The fascinating thing about ECS and the Consortium is that it does allow you to not only think but to believe what is possible inside this great industry. I look forward to using these tools inside of my own organization to help us continue to be a Unicorn.
The Consortium is assembled by Mike Stramaglio, President and CEO of Stramaglio Consulting, and seeks to establish an open collaborative platform that enables the Imaging Channel to embrace and lead Digital Transformation (DX).
“It is both an honor and a pleasure to welcome Zeno to the leadership team of The Consortium. Zeno’s reputation for providing outstanding office technology solutions, accompanied by exceptional customer service, is well-known,” states Mike Stramaglio. “Additionally, I am thrilled about the prospect of collaborating with an exceptionally talented young individual like Brantly and engaging with numerous emerging leaders within the Consortium.”
