Villanueva began his career more than four decades ago as a field service technician in New York City and progressed through increasing leadership roles to serve in executive positions within major corporations. Throughout his career, he has been recognized for developing high-performing teams, strengthening service operations, and elevating the end-user customer experience through disciplined execution and leadership development.
