Sharp Electronics Corporation’s latest acquisition is a long-established San Francisco-based company specialising in IT and print services and products.

A press release from Zygoquest Group, a specialist in mergers and acquisitions which served as an advisor to Arista during the transition, revealed that Sharp has just acquired the Bay Area business, with terms of the sale remaining confidential.

Arista Business Imaging Solutions (Arista) was founded in 1989 by Ken and Lorrie Eysel.  Arista is a San Francisco Bay area company specializing in Managed Print services, Managed IT services, Sharp copiers and multifunction printers, color printers, professional displays and AQUOS BOARD interactive display systems.  Arista provides IT Managed Service and printer and copier sales and service throughout Concord, Walnut Creek, San Ramon, Dublin, Livermore, Oakland, Berkeley, San Jose, Santa Clara County, San Mateo County, Marin and Fairfield and Vallejo, and also in Solano County and Sonoma County.
