Office technology providers were obviously not immune to the COVID-19, as it has impacted businesses of all shapes and sizes.  The pandemic squashed expectations of a fruitful year for most dealers. Instead, they’re left hoping the losses aren’t overwhelming at year’s end. BPO Media surveyed dealers in April about the impact COVID-19 has had on their business.
